Returns & Exchanges

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Limiting returns to unopened items is standard practice in the cosmetics industry for consumer protection purposes.

Email support@relterra.com with your order number to initiate a return. We’ll send a prepaid return label and process your refund once the items are received.

Please email support@relterra.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the packaging and product. We’ll make it right immediately.

At this time, we can only process returns for a refund. You can place a new order for your replacement item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. We’ll email you as soon as it’s completed. Please note it can take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If you encounter any issues during your refund process, please reach out to us at support@relterra.com .

Yes! We offer free returns on eligible items. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll cover the return shipping so you can shop with confidence.
